I cant draw with my pen? Cintiq HD 13

I'm astounded by the problems I have with Wacom. I bought a Cintiq Pro, Pen didn't work. Sent that back and bought a Cintiq HD 13. Alright works right out of the box I thought. Nope.

Pen makes nice noise when I drag it over the surface, but it doesn't draw? I can rearrange windows, I can choose a color, but I can't draw. Neither in Photoshop nor SketchBook.

Im using a MacBook Pro 15" from 2014 with High Sierra.

I installed the Driver from the Start page that Wacom provides, updated the driver in the Wacom Center.

Restarted by Computer, but the problem persists. Cant find anything regarding this anywhere.

Would really appreciate some help, this is driving me nuts.
Thanks

Wacom Cintiq HD 13 Pen does not draw?

Hello,

I have a rather tedious problem with my newly purchased Wacom Cintiq HD 13. (Almost the same problem occurs with the Wacom Cintiq Pro 13)

I ripped the glorious thing out of its precious box, and was delighted for it working right away. Or so I thought.
I installed all the drivers (the new one ..30(2)) and connected the Wacom with my MacBook (High Sierra). Display lights up and the pen makes nice swoshy sounds when I drag it over the display. Well I then proceeded to open SketchBook to go to work immediately and create some artful masterpieces.

The only problem is that the PEN does everything (like picking the color, picking tools), BUT DRAWING. It just doesn't draw. I can draw with my Trackpad. But not with the pen. The little cross shows on the screen indicating where it wants to draw, but I only get a sad swoshy sound without any result.

If anyone could help I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

I guess it shows that all is working well:

It shows the x and y coordinates properly
It says one switch is pressed, when I push on the screen
It shows the pressure properly
It shows the tilt properly too.

Any other pointers?

Did I mention that it works fine on Windows?

As I said as well it does this weird sound when I move the pen over the screen. It doesn't happen when I do it with the other side (eraser).

If I put the pen on the screen, wait a second I hear a sort of clicking sound. I can then draw. So only if I hold down the pen for a second at the same place I can use the clicking function of the pen.
