Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

Wacom Cintiq 13Hd and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060

Hi : ) I have a big problem with my new computer and Cintiq 13hd DTK-300, I have 2 graphic cards Intel and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060. I want use only Nvidia because its better for my Adobe Illustrator. My cintiq is not working on this graphic card. Computer not see my tablet, I see only black screen. Have you any idea how to fix it? : )

Please doublecheck your cable connections and try different adapters if you are using any. If the Cintiq is working fine when you are using a direct HDMI connection then the hardware is fine. You might have an issue with your current computer configuration.

Hi, I have only one hdmi port in my computer, I have no other way to plug in my tablet : ( Can I change something in my computer configuration by myself ?

Normally your computer manages which graphics card to use for which task automatically in the background. You shouldn't have to do this.
Would need more details but it's probably better if you check this with an IT technician that can take a look at your computer directly.
