Cintiq 22HD touch not working correctly in PS and Ai

Postby tukzero » Wed 11. Jan 2017, 08:03

Hi,

I have got a macbook pro with macOS Sierra 10.12.2 version and I have encountered with some issues. It worked well before updating macOS. I am unable to draw with wacom's pen on the screen when I am simultaneously placing my palm/hand on the wacom's screen to draw in a natural way. In this way the pen's cursor disappears. But if I only touch the screen with the pen (or just use mouse), It works normally. There's some issue with the multitouch... when my hand is placed on the screen, wacom doesn't recognise the cursor. Before updating macOS (which I believe to be the reason) this worked normally. In Photoshop it works ok, but zoom in and out doesn't work well.

I have updated my drivers to the latest versions but I still have to restart my computer several times, then this multitouch might work in Illustrator and thus I'm able to draw in a normal way. I have tried older versions but it doesn't help at all.

Anyone else has the same issues? How do you have resolved it?

Thank you in advance.
