CINTIQ13HDtouch Pilotes not working properly

When i start my computer the alert come up " tablet pilote don't start" or something like that. I tried to restart "Wacom Professional Service " but it doesn't solve the problem.
Do someone have a solution for this problem, thank ahead.

system: Windows 7
material: Cintiq 13 HDtouch
Pilotes: I tried 6.3.15-3 and 6.3.18-3.
