Pen with spinning preloader

Postby howesk » Mon 19. Nov 2018, 11:24

I recently updated to cc2019 photoshop and Mojave.

I can't recall which update has caused the below problem (this might not even be related to these updates - but everything was running perfectly before)

When I use a brush or eraser in photoshop by drawing slightly quickly - like colouring in a block or erasing – Im getting a preloader appear – a circle of circles. There doesn't seem to be a lag but the circles are getting in the way - so I cant see my artwork for the circles. Is anyone else experiencing this? or know of a solution? I've tried toggling smoothing on and off and various brushes and resolutions.

My set up is an 2017 iMac 27 5k 4.2ghz, 64gb ram, Raedon 580 8gb GPU.
Running Wacom Driver 6.3.31-6

Thank you

Not entirely sure what you mean. I have not heard of any similar issue. Perhaps you could make us a video? Have you checked with Adobe already?

Seems like Photoshop is slowing down and taking sometime to render. The pen and pressure seem to work fine. This is not a Wacom issue.
Make sure your Mac system is fully updated. I the issue persists, please contact Adobe.
