When windows boots, all my wacom settings are lost/reset

Postby michiel » Tue 18. Dec 2018, 07:18

Hi

Every time I boot up my windows 10 PC my Wacom cintiq pro 24 is using it's default mapping. Aka it doesn't remember my custom button layout and the un-switching of 'Use windows Ink'. I have to use each time, after start-up, the wacom preference utility to restore these settings.
I did three times a removal of the driver and a re-installment.

It is highly annoying. Any solutions to this?

The driver team as found an issue with the latest driver. The settings are not importing automatically after a reboot. This bug should get a fixed shortly.
To work around this, you can either uninstall the latest driver and install the latest one, or backup your Wacom settings and import them again after reboot.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
