Latency experience with Clintic 13"HD!

Postby Tabletguy » Mon 12. Dec 2016, 10:09

Hi all! I just bought a Clintiq 13"HD. Something that is bothering me is the fact that i am experience some sort of latency when i draw. Its like the lines comes a bit after i press the pen against the display. Is this normal? Should it be like this?

I have the latest driver which is 6.3.18-4.

Anyone else experience this? Is it a way to solve it?

If you see a bit of a delay at the beginning of a stroke: open tablet properties -> pen settings and minimize 'doubleclick distance'. On Windows machines, you may also have to turn off 'use Windows Ink'. - If paint is always following with a delay (not only at beginning of strokes), you may be using a brush/tool, that needs a lot processing and the software needs time to follow. Try different tools and different programs to isolate the problem.
