CINTIQ PRO 16 Touch/Pen issues

Since I've had this display it's been a nightmare to use. Touch will only work for a few minutes before it stops responding to input and I have to restart the display. Touch will also only work if I have the CINTIQ set at the primary display, otherwise input ends up on another monitor. Pen input works consistently, however there will be times when programs such as OneNote do not recognize the pressure sensitivity and treat the pen as a regular mouse. I've updated to the latest drivers and firmware hoping that would fix the issue but it still has the same issues. Does anyone have a solution to get this thing working properly? I'm running Windows 10 x64. Nothing but frustration and ready to leave a hellish review.

Sorry to read that. From what you describe, sounds like Windows Ink might be causing some issues. First, please make sure Windows is fully updated.
Then, please make a clean install of the latest driver - Please follow the steps here.
Make sure palm rejection is enabled:
  • Open Windows settings
  • Click on Devices
  • Click on Pen & Windows Ink
  • Make sure "Ignore touch input..." is checked
To adjust which display touch is mapped to, you will need to calibrate through Windows:
  • Open Control Panel
  • Click on Tablet PC settings
  • Select the Cintiq Pro 16 Display from the "Display" dropdown
  • Click on Calibrate and select Touch
  • Follow through the calibration prompts and complete the process
