I have my wacom cintiq pro 32" display around 1 month and I love this device. And yes - I'm wating for the ergo stand as well.

But - I have a problem with my display. I just recognized that some area of my display do have light yellow patches. The yellow discoloration is visible with a white or 50% grey background. Mostly in the area where i work.

Is this a driver or a display problem? Any ideas?

And - how to I get rid of this patches?

Thank you for your support.

Gerry

Hi.
Can you please clarify which Operating System you are using? Which connection are using? HDMI, mDP or USB-C? Do you have the same issue if you try a different connection?

If after trying a different connection the issue persists, please contact our customer support - https://support.wacom.com

Hi - thank you for your reply. I have a iMac, i7, 4.2GHz, Radeon Pro 580 8192MB, Thunderbolt-3 connection to my Cintiq 32. I don't have another connection available but I did contact the customer support. Actually I'm waiting for a feedback. Kind regards, Gerry
