Cursor jump - Cintiq pro 16

Hi, im having an issue with my cintiq pro 16 where the pen lags/jumps at the bottom of the screen. Its not allways present, but it is most of the time. When i move my pen close to the taskbar it jumps all the way down, which make it diffucult to click on stuff close to the bottom of the screen. Any solutions?

Hi. Seems like you might have a dead scan line in the pen sensor. You can confirm this by drawing several vertical lines across the display. This is a hardware issue so you will need to contact the support team - https://support.wacom.com
