A smart way to toggle cursor between Mac & Cintiq?

Postby PeterDorr » Sat 23. Feb 2019, 19:05

Hi,

I just purchased a Cintiq Pro 24 Touch and already love it.
The one thing that I find rather annoying is that everytime I need to adjust something on my MacBook Pro and the Cintiq I have to move my mous all the way back from the Cintiq to the Mac and vice versa.

Is there perhaps some kind of shortcut to toggle the mouse between the two displays?
Thanks a lot
Regards
Peter

Hi.
You can configure the Display Toggle to do this:
  • Open the Wacom Tablet Properties
  • Select the Cintiq
  • Select Functions
  • Select the Display Toggle tab
  • Switch to the setting "Pen display to other displays"

Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately Iit did not work for me but after quite some fiddling I found "the solution" or rather "the error" ;-)
I had dragged the PS window from my Main Display onto the Cintiq. But whenever a popsup screen appeared (ie color selction) it appeared on the Main Screen of course, my Laptop.

Now I made the Cintiq the main Display and everything works fine.

Thanks a lot for trying to help.
Regards,
Peter
