Connecting Cintiq Pro 24 for 4K

Hi

I've been happily using an Intuos 3 for years, but am now ready for a Cintiq Pro 24.

But I'm a little confused about the connectivity options - I've done a fair bit of research, but there seems to be conflicting information out there.

I have a GTX-1070 with 2 DisplayPort and 2 HDMI sockets.

1 of those DP sockets is driving my monitor at 4k.

Am I correct in thinking that I can connect the second DisplayPort socket into the Cintiq and get 4K video?

And is a USB cable (I don't have USC-C on my PC) required for the pen / expresskey data transfer?

Or am I missing / misunderstanding something?

Cheers
Neil

If your graphics card is able to support 2 monitors at 4k resolution then it should be fine. You can use use either DisplayPort or HDMI.

Yes. A USB cable is included. You just need a standard USB port available in your computer.
