Cursor freezing and driver failing on Cintiq 22HD and intuos pro On Mac OS Mojave 10.14.3

Postby jennnzheng » Mon 18. Mar 2019, 11:54

Setup:
iMac late 2015 on OS Mojave 10.14.3
Wacom Cintiq 22HD Model: DTK-2200/K
Wacom intuos pro Model: PTH-451/K

I have noticed a bug with my cursor freezing When using TVPaint or the latest version of Adobe CC Animate and Photoshop with my cintiq 22HD and intuos pro tablet.

In my setup I have an Intuos pro tablet plugged in at the same time as my cintiq 22HD with the latest wacom driver.
I have noticed that my cursor will occasionally freeze and will stop responding to my wacom pen on the cintiq screen and the intuos tablet. However the cursor still responds to my mouse, and If I wiggle my mouse after a little while, the control will sometimes come back to my wacom products.
other times it will come back but the cursor is no longer on my pen tip and pressing the button which switches the cursor from to the other screen does not fix it, but recalibrating it in my system preferences will. However, sometimes My computer will stop recognising that I have a cintiq and intuos plugged in at all in the system preferences, and I will have to restart my computer to get the cintiq to work again.

Has anyone else experienced this?
I think it must be a driver issue, it only started happening to me recently after I updated to Mojave.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Hello.
Before anything else, make sure you complete these steps - Is there a compatible driver for Mac OS 10.14 Mojave?

If after this is done, you still experience issues, please open the driver settings and check for an error message:
Please check which error message you are getting and proceed according to the instructions above.
If the issue persists, please reach out to our support - https://support.wacom.com

Thankyou! The Touch driver wasn't in my Accessibility page but I have now added it by following those steps you linked and will report back if I get the same issues again!
