(Urgent!) Cintiq 12WX not recognized by driver, pen not detected

Using a 2015 Macbook Air running High Sierra and a Cintiq 12WX. Drivers are up to date.

For some reason the Wacom drivers have never identified my tablet. I don't even remember how I managed to set some shortcut keys, but it must've been when I first got the tablet. Usually I don't have an issue that requires me using the driver, but I was working on the Cintiq, turned it off to shower, and when I came back 15 minutes later suddenly the pen isn't recognized at all. Display works fine but no pen pressure, etc is picked up (orange light indicating pressure didn't light up at all). Restarted my computer and updated/reinstalled drivers twice to no avail. Call center is closed. What do I do?
Solution needed ASAP! Currently have two commissions to complete and I'm heading out of town in three days. This is my livelihood and I have no idea what to do. Thank you!!

If the orange LED is no longer working, then the tablet pen sensor is no longer picking up the pen.
Either the pen has an issue (you can verify this by checking if the eraser end of the pen works) or the pen sensor in the tablet is no longer working. You would need to repair the device.
