Mac won’t wake up when Cintiq is plugged in

Postby Rusticcreature » Sun 31. Mar 2019, 00:40

Hello, I’m having an issue with my Cintiq where my Mac won’t wake up if it goes to sleep with the Cintiq plugged in. This only happens with the Cintiq, although my computer has been randomly restarting since I got it. Don’t know if that’s related, but wondering if others have come across this issue.

Hello.
I haven't seen this yet. Please try a different USB port / connection.

The fact that your Mac also reboots randomly, could mean that the Hard Drive might have some issues so I would start there.

Also, please confirm your Mac Model, Operating system, and Cintiq Model.
