No signal input - Cintiq HD 13 vs. Mojave

Postby Mikkelks » Thu 11. Apr 2019, 10:36

Hello Wacom

-Specs
MacBook Pro Model 2017 - MacOS Mojave - 10.14.4
Wacom Cintiq 13 HD - driver WacomTablet_6.3.31-6

After updating to OSX Mojave I can't get my Wacom Cintiq 13 HD to recognize my computer - 'No input signal'. The wired thing is that the Wacom control panel recognizes it and the pen-tool still works on my computer screen - as an "Intuos Tablet".

I have uninstalled many times - following all the rules with tablet utility, restarting and checking for ghost-files ect.
Adding the "WacomTabletDriver" to both security and privacy and Users & Groups.

What to do?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

This means that the video signal is not reaching the Cintiq 13HD. The Wacom driver will have no influence over this so don't bother re-installing.
Please make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected. I assume you are using an HDMI adaptor since the the Macbook Pro 2017 does not have any HDMI ports so please try a different adaptor as well. If the issue persists, move the 3-in-1 connection in the Cintiq gently and see if you are able to establish a connection.
