Just wanted to post this.

10 days ago my Cintiq died with (what seems a common) PCB failure. It was collected a week ago today by UPS and flown to Germany. It is now sat back on my desk and working fine...within a week. I know it may not be everyone's experience and someone may be reading this wondering why theirs has taken weeks/months...but all I can say is from my angle, the Wacom support was efficient and very quick, and to get it back within a week is amazing.

A very relieved illustrator.
