Windows 10 won't recognize Cintiq as separate display

Postby riceraptor » Sat 15. Jun 2019, 01:40

This has been really irritating, as I've only got a 720p monitor and I window my applications and minimize videos and entertaining stuff on the side, but it's difficult to work with a very tiny Photoshop.
But my computer doesn't recognize the Cintiq as a separate monitor and it is so annoying. Can someone help? I have an HP Pavillion and a cintiq 13. Thank youo

Hi,
Can you please confirm if Windows is up to date and if you have installed the latest Wacom Driver? - http://www.wacom.com/support/product-support/drivers. Make sure you also check for updates to your graphics card.

Also please confirm how you have connected the Cintiq and indicate if you are using any adaptors.

When you open the Windows Display Settings, and are you able to change the Multiple Displays setting?
