stop auto scan Input on wacom 24pro

Postby Mattpet » Wed 26. Jun 2019, 10:28

Hello

I have a cintiq pro 24 and everytime I switch it on : the scan input begins,
I also have à pro-engine fixed on it and i'm plugged with usbC, so why does it search everytime wich input is the good one ?

How can i change this scan to à manual connection only with UsbC and not with hdmi or display port?

thank you

This probably happens because the Cintiq Pro Engine takes a moment to boot and to output a video signal while the Cintiq is much faster. The Cintiq Pro 24 will automatically start scanning if no input signal is found and there is no way to stop this.

I don’t think this is normal. I have wacom cintiq 24 Pro hooked up to an iMac using the display port to mini display port and the screen instantly switches to duel screen once turned on and back to single display when I turn it off. There is no scanning at all it is instant.
