Cintiq pro only recognized as generic monitor and Status LED has no light

Hello,

I have Cintiq Pro 24. It was working before on my desktop, but suddenly the pen and touch buttons stopped working. The remote controller still works.

It is listed as only generic PnP monitor in Device Manager. Pen and Wacom Cintiq itself aren't recognized in the Wacom Desktop Center also. Status Led doesn't light at all.

Up to this point, I tried;
Completely uninstall (also deleting all remaining files and registry manually) and reinstall drivers several times. I tried lastest and older versions of drivers.

My specs
Windows 10 Home
Processor: AMD Razen 7 2700x
Graphics Card: Quadro P4000

Did you check the connections yet? Make sure everything is plugged as it should and that you try different cables to be sure.

This is exactly same thing that happens to me! I cant solve yet :(
