Two of three Hardware Control Buttons without function

Postby Cayenne » Sun 24. Nov 2019, 13:10

Hi together,

two of the three Hardware Control Buttons have suddenly no function.

The On Screen Display Button works fine but the button for the Wacom Tablet Control Panel and the button for Pen Settings doesn't wor anymore.
(So I mean the buttons with the "i" and the one with the wrench)

The other Buttons on the right an on the left border have also no function yet. But the question is if they should be configurated first.
Has anypone an idea what could be the reason for this malfunction? The "klick" on all buttons ist normal, and there was no accident with the tablet at all.
The tablet was parked for approximately two years in good condition, nothin else...

What maybe is of interest, that the Wacom Software, which ist started in the PC doesn't show the pen as connected. But ist works on the tablet. It has to be configurated, because the arrow of the pen is app. 10 cm away from the pens peak.

I hope that we can fix the problems!
Thank you very much in advance!
