Wacom Cyntiq 13 pro - Display port 3 “no signal” issue, any ideas how to solve this?

Postby Barush » Sun 24. Nov 2019, 14:00

Hi,

I just purchased Wacom Cyntiq 13 pro and tried to connect it to my Windows 10 computer. However, the screen on the Wacom says: Display port 3 “no signal” and then goes to power saving mode. I have connected the tablet and my PC with all the cables that came in the original package, except for the mini DisplayPort cable as that doesn't seem to connect anywhere on my computer. (Pictures of the back of my PC: https://ibb.co/FDG7nQW, https://ibb.co/XW0shnX; Graphic card: Radeon HD 7800)

Since the tablet and PC are connected via USB, the computer recognizes the output of the tablet, but I would still need a cable connecting the tablet and my PC so that I could physically draw and see what's happening on the screen of the Cyntiq. The only ports I see on the back of my PC are HDMI, VGA, DVI and USB etc. Could you please advise me what to do and perhaps what cable to get so that I can also see the screen on the Cyntiq?

Any tips are much appreciated! :)

You need the Wacom Link Plus or a HDMI to DisplayPort adapter.
