Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 now working for Windows. No signal.

I have my Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 already for 2,5 years. All that time I worked on Mac laptop and was using only USB C cables to connect Cintiq to Mac. Today first time when I had to connect this Cintiq to Lenovo Yoga laptop using wacom adapter which came in the the original kit. After all my attempts and efforts the Cintiq was not recognized as second screen and there is message NO SIGNAL. In meantime, the pen and touch options are working.
Is that some problem between Wacom and lenovo or there is issue with Wacom Link Adapter

Hi,
Can you test with a different Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) cable or try to connect to another computer using the same cable to rule out all possibilities?
