Cintiq Pro 13 - Touch and Pen working but no visual display

Postby Hedjek » Sun 16. Feb 2020, 20:56

Hello, my Wacom Cintiq Pro 13 is brand new, same as my computer, which is an Asus Vivobook under Windows 10. I connect it to my computer via the USB C cable, i downloaded the lastest driver available; but my computer recognize the tablet as a mouse and hence won't display any visual information other than "information: no signal". The pen works properly and i've been able to access its different settings, same for the digital touch. No HDMI chord in the box so i can't connect my tablet any other way atm. any ideas ?
thank you very much.

Make sure the USB-C port actually supports video output. You should test a different USB-C cable and an HDMI cable as well.
