Cintiq 13 pro issue, need to restart the computer

I pursached my cintiq 13 pro in 2017. Since then my pen display doesn't work at the moment I start the computer (it only works as a screen, the pen and the touch doesn't work at all), I have to restart the computer in order to get the cintiq work. I have Windows 7 installed in my computer. At the moment I restart the computer it works, but sometimes the buttons don't work or the touch desapears and after a while the cintiq doesn't work as well as it should be (the pen stops working for a few seconds).
If someone knows what happens to my cintiq I'd love to know how to solve it. It is annoying to restart the computer everytime I have to work and drawng with this issue could be really difficult.
