Hello all,

So..I got this Cintiq Pro 13 as a gift, and after couple of months it's driving me crazy already.
It was working (not) perfectly but good.

Now, this morning I received a nice 'No Signal' while attached to my USB-C PC port (Windows 10).
Never had any issues before with USB-C, just underlining it.

So I had to bring it back to the Wacom Link and after some first messages of 'Driver Not Connected' or Monitor working but no pen.
Now it works.

Is there any reason behind this USB-C mystery that worked for months and now it doesn't?

Most likely the USB-C cable is broken. Try to get a replacement and test it.
