Okay, so I have new info to my problem:

The issue is that my wacom cintiq pro 13 isn't showing a signal to my PC W10 (or maybe it's the other way around?) No matter what updates or downgrades I do, nothing works. I've tried different cables and then I tried on my Macbook and lo and behold, it works!... For a day... Now there's no signal again... is my Wacom busted?
