Pen will not work - Cintiq 13HD

I'd be glad of any advice please. After 3 hours of troubleshooting, I can't resolve this issue. I continually get the notice "Security settings prevented the Wacom software from posting an event". I have followed its directions on solving the problem (making sure all Wacom settings are checked in System Preferences and Input Monitoring). I've done this over and over; have re-booted; unplugged the cintiq, etc. I have uninstalled the Wacom driver and re-installed it. The pen was working fine last week. I don't know why I should turn the cintiq on today and find that the pen won't work. Cintiq is connected to Mac laptop, 10.15.5 OS Catalina.

You need to make sure you follow the steps here: https://www.wacom.com/en-gb/support?guideId=015-916
Please note:
The location of WacomTabletDriver.app and WacomTouchDriver.app has changed, and it is hidden!
To find them, browse to the folder /Applications/Wacom Tablet/
Press "Command"+"Shift"+"Dot" (cmd+⇑+.) keys together to show hidden folders and open /Applications/Wacom Tablet/.Tablet
Select the WacomTabletDriver.app and WacomTouchDriver.app files.
Make sure you select "WacomTabletDriver.app" (there may also be a "TabletDriver" but adding that will not help)
If the Wacom driver has been installed previously, "WacomTabletDriver.app" and "WacomTouchDriver.app" may already be in Accessibility and 'checked'.
Both files need to be removed and then added again manually from the new location above.
