New Computer New Problem

Hi all

OK, for the past two years Wacom support have asked me to confirm many issues by testing the Cintiq on another computer. Only now have I been able to save enough money to get a new iMac and test the display on this Catalina system.
Before I switched over, all the issues remained. The only difference in this computer and the last (apart from a faster CPU) is more RAM and a better graphics card with 8GB RAM.
That said, it has no MiniPort output like the previous one, so I had to get a 'display port to type C' adaptor. The monitor works fine.
Many of the issues seemed to be resolved, but the battery level issue continues.
However, like all transitions, it doesn't come without it's price.
Now, when the computer goes into Energy Saver mode, the Cintiq doesn't go into Energy Save mode. Instead it has the following modal box animating around the screen, and never goes into Power Save Mode. [img][/img]
Any fixes for this?

What Cintiq device is this?
If I understand correctly, the device is not entering power saving mode even after the 5min passed?
