Cintiq 21UX Function Keys Mirrored

Googling for this, I've only seen two other older threads with no answer.

I just reinstalled Windows 10 and along with that the Wacom drivers (6.3.35-3) for my 21UX. I restored settings from a backup (also from version 6.3.35-3). I then loaded up Photoshop to test and first I thought the settings didn't take. I could click the button to show the Wacom settings and they looked right, but the function buttons didn't do what they said they were assigned to do. Then I realized they were mirrored. The functions for the right set of keys was on the left and vice versa.

Again, I've only seen this problem two other places while googling with no solution. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Any specific reason why you are using a year old driver version? Can you try with the latest version?
I assume you have a DTK-2100 otherwise driver 6.3.35 would not work with your device.
