Hi, I have the Cintiq Companion DTH-W1300 and this is a recurrent issue that sometimes I experience with drivers since I bought it 6 years ago, basically I´m afraid to install the new ones because they use to bring more problems than solutions,. but this time it´s horrible.

This is what happened when I installed the latest (6.3.40-2).

Normally I have to deal from time to time with weird behaviours specially on Photoshop, when the display wants to "throw" a line for whatever reason, and I must delete or go back. But now, after installing the latest driver, It´s literally impossible to work. As soon as i rest my hand on the screen, the document moves to the right, or dissapear from the screen, or the cursor goes crazy and swipes from the "hand" (Photoshop) to the brush, or it deletes by itself some steps....

There´s nothing on my hands that solved the problem... I tried with or without glove, I tried uninstalling completely the driver following strictly the instructions of Wacom for this, reinstalling again, uninstalling and installing the previous version, uninstalling and installing even an older version, going again into the installation of the latest driver.... Tried also unchecking the windows ink at the Wacom tablet settings, went into the control pannel/hardware/pen and tried to uncheck the pen related actions...

If I want to work without palm rejection doing weird reactions, then I must place a folded kitchen paper underneath my hand and rest it on the paper. Then the issues dissapear completely

It´s impossible to work, I use Photoshop and Clipstudio and now I can´t do anything. Does this has any solution?
