Hi I recently just got a desktop computer and an wacom cintiq 16 (not the pro) and I have it all setup but whenever I turn the wacom on I get "no signal go to power saving mode" and the display stays black but the pen works completely fine - i tried it with my old wacom cintiq 13 and the same issue "no input signal" was on it is there any way to fix this?

You need to make sure the HDMI cable is properly connected. If you are using an adapter to convert HDMI to something else, try replacing it.
