Cintiq Pro 32 Lag

Hello Friends,

Im in the middle of a project development and my Cintiq is acting up, its lagging at the initial strokes. instead of drawing circles is drawing D shapes

Im working a New Mac Pro 16. Cores 128 Ram , Radeon W5700x , latest version of MacOs.

Hi. Thanks for the image.
That seems like a software issue. The stroke is no being rendered correctly. Make sure you install the latest Wacom driver if you haven't already.
What software are you using?

Hello, im using the latest version of photoshop and latest version of the wacom drivers as well. But this happenes across all software like Autodesk Sketchbook and painter. How can i fix this?

Doesn't seem that it is happening with every stroke (judging from your Screenshot only). So I still think this is software related. Can you please contact our support them and report this to them. We will need to run more tests and collect data.
