Cintiq 27QHD not turning on anymore

Postby Calhambeque » Tue 17. Nov 2020, 16:01

Hi!

A couple of days ago my Cintiq wasn't turning on properly and I assumed it was a usual cable not plugged in properly issue and after trying out a few things it actually worked again.

Since yesterday though, the Cintiq is not turning on at all anymore. Tried connecting with HDMI as well as a Display Port to 2 different computers, one being a Mac, the other a PC. The blue light on top is on, but none of the others. The Wacom Desktop Center doesn't even recognize a tablet being connected.

So what are my options? I've bought the tablet back in May 2017. Is the warranty still active in Germany?
