Cintiq 13 Pro Display not detected.

My computer will not detect my Cintiq 13 Pro as a second monitor. It did at one point, but a few months ago it stopped detecting the tablet as a display. I hook it up to my Windows computer with a USB and an HDMI chord- both of which I have tested and still work. I have also both connected the computer to a separate monitor and have connected the tablet to a separate computer- both worked fine. The driver has also been uninstalled and updated and the computer has been restarted several times. I do not think it is an issue with my graphics driver as the computer hooked up to other monitors, but I cannot say so for sure. The tablet is detectable when it's in tablet mode, but when I turn the display on it becomes undetectable. I have had on one occasion had the tablet display work after it initially ceased functioning properly, and this was only immediately after I had another monitor plugged into the computer. However, after this one instance, the Cintiq was once again no longer detectable.

Any help or insight as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
