NEW issue has arisen!

Postby RobArt » Mon 21. Dec 2020, 06:26

Hi all

Everything was going well with the new driver, but recently (past 2 weeks) EVERY time I switch the Cintiq on the pen is out of alignment to the calibration it was set to. Sometimes the cursor appears on the primary screen of the iMac and sometimes like today the cursor was slightly off (3 inches). The annoying part is that the system pref panel that has the pen calibration button, has it greyed out. You can't recalibrate the pen. The only way to get the thing working (I know of) is to restart the computer.

Can you tell me of a better fix for this please?

Thanks

Rob

Any development of a fix for this. It is getting really annoying?
I reinstalled the drivers and nothing!
Thanks

Rob
