I recently bought a brandnew Cintiq 32 pro but after a few months I noticed a swarm of dead pixels in the area where I work most.
Granted, it is only visible with the darkest colors (for now) but it is there. Hundreds of them. It doesn't bother me for the moment, but
I'm worried this might get worse. I tried contacting Wacom via phone or online form but they are either busy with other customers or the form just gives me error messages.
After some inverstigating, I found that I'm not the only one with this problem and that it seems very common with this model.
What am I to do?
