12wx: No device connected, Dekstop Center ONLY

Hey everyone

To elaborate on the title, I recently got a new computer, and went through the usual cintiq set up. It all works fine but I want the display to match the computer monitor better, but the Desktop Center says "No device detected." I went through all the confirmed fixes online, with restarting the service, updating the driver, uninstalling everything and reinstalling from scratch, etc. The thing is, my computer and the Tablet Preferences app recognize the tablet, but the Desktop Center will not. I have pressure sensitivity control, I can set up button preferences and calibrate the Cintiq, but without the Wacom Desktop Center I can't do anything about the screen color.

Does anyone know why the Desktop Center alone will not recognize the tablet? Thank you for your help!

This model is older than the Wacom Desktop Center was introduced so it will not be detected by it. However, you don't need the Wacom Desktop Center to access the Wacom Display Settings. You can find this program in your computer by using the search bar.
