Cintiq 22HD used as only display, is unresponsive, is there a fix?

Postby BaronWaist » Thu 28. Jan 2021, 01:30

My computer only has two display ports (both HDMI) and one is trashed. I'm trying to work on my Wacom DTK 2200 and it's up and showing me my desktop. However, the pen is not being recognized and although Windows lists the Cintiq as display number one, it is not detected on the Wacom center or apparently windows. I've turned on Tablet Mode and that doesn't seen to change anything at all.

Is the Cintiq required to be a second display or can I still find a way to use it even though it is the only display I have an outlet for?

(My new computer isn't due until March :( )

Hi,
Did you connect the USB cable? The Pen and ExpressKeys data is transferred to the PC via USB. If you have connected the cable and the device still doesn't work, try a different USB port or replace the cable in the Cintiq 22HD. You can check how to do this in the product manual:
