Press and hold with the left button

I've found the option to disable the "press and hold" to trigger the right mouse button in Windows 10. But now I want to press and hold to activate the LEFT CLICK. Some menus are activated by pressing and holding the left button of the mouse, like in Marvelous Designer, how can I do that with the pen?

I'm using the CINTIQ 16. Thanks.
