Wacom Cintiq 27QHD Pen & Touch Display DTH-2700 - Screen Eror

Postby erhanka » Mon 22. Feb 2021, 10:35

Hello, I'm Erhan Wacom few months ago, second-hand through Ebay "Wacom Cintiq 27QHD Pen & Touch Display DTH-2700" I bought it, so the pandemic my process and product of the cargo coming problem is my cousin for life will come to Turkey semester I took out the waiting period. Eventually I got the product and installed its drivers and I had been using it for a few hours a day for about 5-10 days. My last use was over 5-6 hours and I started having some problems.
- The screen appears to be turned on and the settings lights on the tablet are lit, but there is no image on the tablet screen is completely black.
- While the tablet is booting, sometimes there is a Wacom splash screen, sometimes it is not.
- The computer detects the screen, you can use the touch and pen, but there is no image on the tablet screen.
- The tablet sometimes appears in the pen calibration settings and sometimes does not.
- See Tablet on built-in screen but still no image on tablet screen and it's black.
I am currently a person who actively uses Wacom Intuos Small Pen and Wacom Cintiq 13 Hd models.
I tried the solution suggestions mentioned in the user manual of the product, it might be from the cable etc. I tried by reinstalling the old drivers etc.
But these attempts did not come to a solution. Frankly, I think it is after udapte that came with Wacom Deskop Center.
Because when the tablet was taken, usage tests were made and there was no problem.
I share photos and screenshots for better understanding.

My Computer - MacOS Bigsur 11.2.1 (20D74)
Driver - 6.3.42-1

* I tried it with a Windows laptop, but still could not get an image on the tablet.

* The last update is no longer displayed on the screen and remains on the black screen. Pen and touch are working, there is no image.

Hi Erhan,
Try replacing either the DisplayPort of the HDMI cables in the back and see if that helps.

The displayport converter has arrived these days. I tried but it doesn't work.
The screen is black not working.
Touch, pen and remote are working.
Setting lights on the tablet are on.
The tablet does not appear on the screen calibration screen.

* I have reset the drivers and settings but it still doesn't work.
