27QHD Touch works with DisplayPort but not with HDMI

Hi,
I have a Cintiq 27QHD Touch since several years, and it's connected from the begining with the DisplayPort to my PC. Works well.
Today I tried to plug in a Nintendo Switch into the HDMI port to use the Cintiq as a big screen... but it's undetected even if I switch off the computer and unplug the DisplayPort cable.
I get the message "No DisplayPort Cable, The display will go into Power Save Mode in 5 minutes."
I also tried another HDMI cable, and I tried to plug the PC with the HDMI cable instead of the DisplayPort, same message. So I'm thinking my HDMI plug is broken ... or there is something to do I don't know to force the Cintiq to use HDMI as an input instead of DisplayPort.
Any idea ?
Is it possible to use the Cintiq as a screen for a Nintendo Switch (I don't want to buy another screen... ) ?
Thanks in advance for your answers !
