No signal on Cintiq 24 Pro

Postby Sara9611 » Thu 25. Mar 2021, 20:40

Hey I have a problem with my Wacom Cintiq 24 pro and was wondering if someone’s had a similar issue!! I'm using a Macbook Pro laptop and with macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6. My screen has randomly stopped displaying any image. I've tried new USB and HDMI cables just incase it was those that were faulty- however the same problem persists. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both an older version and again the newest version of the drive. The tablet is recognised eventually when I choose the HDMI option and appears in 'My devices'. The pen still seems to work on the screen- so it works as a drawing tablet just not a display. The screen stays black with the 'no signal' message, and afterwards changes to 'go to power saving mode'. My HDMI portal seems to work fine when tested with a TV screen.

Hi I'm having the exact same problem running Mojave. My Cintiq 27QHDT just stops being recognised by the machine
and I have to restart the machine every time. After it restarts we happy again.

Any work around? Thanks

Can you try a the DisplayPort connection? From your description it sounds as if the HDMI port in the Cintiq Pro and malfunctioning.
Just to be clear, the Wacom driver has no influence on the video signal output from your computer to the Cintiq Pro. Reinstalling will not help with this issue.

This doesn't look like the same issue as the OP. If restarting the computer solves the issue then something is not working well with the driver. When the issue happens, open the Wacom Desktop Center, click on Support and then Driver check. Run the check and restart the driver if necessary. If the issue persists, please make a clean driver install and/or contact our support.
