what's going on with Wacom products? I sent my Cintiq pro 32" to Wacom for repair last year in March. It had pixel errors galore. Fortunately, this was a warranty case. Now I have the same problem again. With a deep black screen, I have thousands of red error pixels. It is impossible to edit a dark picture with this screen.
It is extremely time-consuming to disassemble the Wacom from the Ergo stand, pack it and then also wait 2 weeks until the device is back here. What am I supposed to work with during that time? I The same error twice within 17 months.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I am totally annoyed about the quality of this device for which I paid over 3,000 euros! Hat

How do I register my Wacom device?

Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.
