Hello all,
I am able to get my Cintiq pro 13 to work with the DP + USB to USB-C adapter, however when I try to connect it directly to the Thunderbolt 3 port on my computer using a Thunderbolt 3, or the supplied USB-C cable, it will only act as a secondary display. I do not get any touch or pen capabilities. I have an Alienware 15 R4 laptop.
This has been really frustrating because I sent back a Cintiq 13HD and that actually seemed to work better and be less cluttered. I bought the pro 13 specifically because I wouldn't need as many cables. Thanks!

I have the same problem with a Dell XPS 15 (9560).
Which DP + USB to USB-C adapter are you using? Does it allow you to use the Cintiq at 4k 60hz? And does it induce any other problems - my keyboard input lags or skips strokes when I connect he Cintiq Pro to the XPS via the USB-C cable.

It might also be worth contacting Dell support about the issue, if more people report the issue, then hopefully that will equal more resources dedicated to fixing it.

I think that now dell and wacom know the problem .
I spoke with both but I couldn´t find any solution and I can tell you that I tried all the possibilities .
