DRIVER UPDATE
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver has been released. Check the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Cintiq 13HD Pen Is Not Working

I have been using this tablet for about a year and a half, and recently I have not been able to use the pen with it on my computer. It works just fine on other computers, but once I get it plugged into mine it the tablet doesn't respond whatsoever to it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the newest drivers, turning it off and on, unplugging and re plugging, and restarting my computer.

Same problem here, the pen doesn't works aswell as any buttons, my tablet is not recognized but the screen appears correctly (same on other computers). I think it's an usb issue...

If the tablet is not detected or acting well, unplug and repljug the USB cable, then use 'reset settings' in Wacom Desktop Center under 'backup settings'. If that fails on different USB ports, check for problems in device manager that may need to be resolved.
