Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

Cintiq 13HD Pen Is Not Working

I have been using this tablet for about a year and a half, and recently I have not been able to use the pen with it on my computer. It works just fine on other computers, but once I get it plugged into mine it the tablet doesn't respond whatsoever to it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the newest drivers, turning it off and on, unplugging and re plugging, and restarting my computer.

Same problem here, the pen doesn't works aswell as any buttons, my tablet is not recognized but the screen appears correctly (same on other computers). I think it's an usb issue...

If the tablet is not detected or acting well, unplug and repljug the USB cable, then use 'reset settings' in Wacom Desktop Center under 'backup settings'. If that fails on different USB ports, check for problems in device manager that may need to be resolved.
