Cintiq 13HD Driver Issue

I used to be able to use the display without any issue on windows 10, but after I formatted it and download the latest driver it stopped working saying it cant find any support devices, although I am able to access the "wacom display setting".
Im not sure what I did wrong during installation its a fresh install of the OS and there should not be any issue.
Any ideas?

The display is working (You get a picture on the Cintiq) ? Which tablet driver is installed ? - I would check the USB cable connection, unplug and replug the cable, then in Wacom Desktop Center select -> Backup Settings -> Reset Settings. That restarts the driver and forces a fresh search for a tablet. If no success, check for problems reported in device manager.
