Wacom 13HD Display Issue

Postby SirDonny » Wed 26. Apr 2017, 12:18

I am having an issue where the Display is not coming up in the Monitor dropdown, and I cannot use the display in Extended mode. The tablet works fine when the display is duplicated. I am using Win 10, I have uninstall/reinstalled the drivers, factory wiped them etc and I am on the latest drivers.

If I click the "2" it just defaults back to the Generic PnP Monitor (which is my normal monitor).

The display is handled by your graphics driver and Windows - and that should work even with the tablet driver installed. (Tablet driver is responsible for the pen detection and alignment of the screen pointer with the pen only.) I would check in device manager for indicated problem with the monitors. Perhaps you may have to check also in the graphics for detected displays and resolutions. There can be restrictions in the supported screen resolutions (which can also depend on the type of connection HDMI, DVI, etc and cable). If you are using Win10, go to TabletPC Settings -> Setup and make sure the Cintiq is selected for operating the stylus.

Ah thank you! It turned out I had some remains of a Teamviewer driver on my pc that was somehow clashing with my Wacom.
Thanks again!
