Cintiq 13HD display settings do not detect display!

When I try to open Wacom Display Settings to adjust contrast like before, now it suddenly says "No Wacom Displays - No supported Wacom pen display connected"!

This is clearly wrong as Wacom Desktop Center detects my Cintiq 13HD fine? Pen pressure fine, all keys, connections, caliberations normal, just the damn display settings where basic brightness and contrast adjustments are unavailable? What the hell?

The services are fine, device manager fine to my limited knowledge, it should be since all are functioning normal except the crucial display settings?

I have updated to the latest driver, rolled back to older drivers, all to no avail. Windows 10 was just updated to Creators but this problem existed before that?

No matter whether I extend, duplicate the display just the display settings won't discover the otherwise fully connected 13HD?

Before when this happened I just restarted computer and display settings would discover and work as normal, but now doesn't matter how many times I restart, only the damn display settings won't acknowledge the connected display?

For display settings both display as well as USB cable need to be connected, the display must work from Windows/graphics driver part, the tablet driver must be running to detect the tablet mode through the USB connection. - Check in device manager, that the display is found and working, open Wacom Desktop Center and reset settings (so that the driver re-detects the device).

Very prompt reply for a £700 touch display *sarcasm*

All drivers running fine, device manager detects and runs display fine, display itself fine, pressure & everything registers as normal, Wacom Desktop Center detects and runs display fine, ALL EXCEPT THE WACOM DISPLAY SETTINGS FOR CHANGING BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST!

That was in my original post! Which part of that was not clear? This is not a hardware issue, this isn't even an overall software issue with the driver as the driver runs fine, the display is detected and runs as normal, and Wacom Desktop Center itself detects, runs and UPDATES the driver fine!

Everything works as they should EXCEPT THE GOD DAMN OPTIONS TO CHANGE SCREEN BRIGHTNESS & CONTRAST!

Either let Win 10 handle the screen contrast settings or fix your software controlling this! Do not insult and shift the blame on me due to "user incompetence" as if I'm an ape in front of an computer!

As said before: Make sure that the USB cable is connected and Wacom desktop center finds the deive. Otherwise display settings will not work. - If that is fine and you can open display setting, set color to customs. The options for brightness and contrast cannot be changes otherwise with this utility.

Display settings require that the display is working and properly detected in the operating system plus that USB cable is connected and the driver detects the Cintiq. If not, try to reset settings. - If that still is not working, there is probably a fault in the hardware and you need to contact technical support.
